They are looking for volunteers to collaborate in different tasks to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
Dedication: on Thursday mornings and / or afternoons, depending on the availability of the volunteer, during the months of May and June, in person from the Casa de Cultura and also ON LINE collaborative work.
They need volunteers for the DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT AND MEMORY
Volunteer profile: Knowledge of Word, Excel and the Internet, preferably but not exclusively retired
Tasks to perform
– Collection and management of documents for the reorganization and digitization of the entity’s archive
– Help debug and maintain the database
– Assist in the realization of the report of the entity for its 10th anniversary 2005/2015
Dedication required: face-to-face one day a week 8 am (Casa Cultura), from 10 am to 2 pm and noon 4 hours in the morning from 10 am to 2 pm in the afternoon from 4 pm to 8 pm. Also possibility to carry out team tasks ON LINE if you have a computer and Internet connection.
