The course, recognized by the Volunteer Training Plan of Catalonia, is aimed at volunteer coordinators who want to establish a complete system of volunteer management and / or who want to have more knowledge and resources.
Program:
Definition of catalogs : identification of projects to be developed on a voluntary basis in our organization; elaboration of catalogs on the basis of projects; Review and update of catalogs.
Capture : Identification of volunteer incorporation needs; guidelines for planning fundraising actions; evaluation of recruitment actions.
Reception and guidance : Prior information; interview and / or information session / selection and orientation; training / information about the institution.
Incorporation : registration as a volunteer in the organization: the commitment form.
Commitment : publicize the project and the specific actions in which it will participate; permanence and continuity of the volunteer in the activity; basic training for intervention.
Participation : in the work team of the activity; in associative life and in institutional life.
Way out : monitoring of inactivity; reintegration of the volunteer into a new activity; protocols and procedures for making withdrawals.
