Once the Christmas holidays are over, the blood reserves are kept to a minimum. It is for this reason that the Blood and Tissue Bank organizes a blood donation marathon every January.
If you are between 18 and 65 years old and weigh more than 50 kg, you can take part in this year’s edition, “Giving blood makes you great. Share your blood!”. Through its website you can book time to donate blood between 16 and 23 January in the main hospitals in the country and in the Agbar Tower in Barcelona.
If you can’t donate blood for any reason, the marathon won’t let you out. We encourage you to spread the word and spread the word about the campaign through one
