How does tax reform and the transparency law affect non-profit organizations?

The day will be celebrated on the day February 23 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Casa de Cultura of Sant Cugat del Vallès

Following the tax reform approved at the end of November, all associations (residents, amps, cultural, social, sports, etc.) are required to file a corporate tax return and keep double-entry accounting. in accordance with the General Accounting Plan of Catalan associations and foundations.

 

The conference, which will combine a theoretical part with an eminently practical part, will present the main developments in this tax reform and will also explain how the transparency law affects associations.

  • Obligation of all associations to keep double-entry accounting
  • Obligation to present form 347 (digital signature)
  • Other tax news (patronage, personal income tax, VAT)
