- Line H: Grants to entities for family support programs.
- Line I: Subsidies to entities for socio-educational intervention programs aimed at children and adolescents at risk.
- Line J: Subsidies to entities for service maintenance programs and social service establishments defined in the current Portfolio of social services related to specialized care services for the elderly with dependency or social risk, people with disabilities, problems resulting from mental illness, drug addiction or other addictions, affected by the HIV / AIDS virus or social problems and risk of social exclusion.
