The Summer School of Volunteering 2014 (EEV’14) will take place between July 2 and September 27 simultaneously in Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida, Girona, Manresa, Sabadell and Tortosa,
It is a training space organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Family and carried out by schools of the Volunteer Training Plan of Catalonia and other specialized entities. This edition consists of face-to-face courses in various cities in Catalonia, workshops in the city of Barcelona and online courses and seminars that enhance the Generalitat’s training offer on the occasion of the European Capital of Volunteering in Barcelona in 2014 and that thoroughly renew the format of the previous editions .
It is aimed at volunteers, volunteer coordinators and leaders of non-profit organizations, although there is an offer of introductory courses open to the general public.
The program consists of more than 30 intensive face-to-face courses, 4 online courses, 7 PFVC courses, 12 workshops and 2 international online seminars (in English). If you want to know in depth the training offer for all of Catalonia, consult General program .
To enroll in summer school you must be a volunteer member and / or leader of a non-profit organization. However, the Volunteer Initiation Course and other initial training are open to all citizens.
